I haven’t felt this good about my body ever. @mollz2thewallz and I have been so determined to eat super clean and we never miss a workout.  Eating the same foods everyday (not even cream in our damn coffee since October) and not having alcohol gets tough but seeing the results in the gym makes it all worth it.  One day of hard work at a time.

Writing up workouts for the week in the locker room. We are on the second phase of a 3 phase 12 week program. The first 4 weeks started at 10-12 reps per set (3 sets). The second phase (4 weeks) is 8-10 reps per set. Increased WT (3 sets with the last set to failure now). The last 4 weeks is 4-8 reps with an increased WT again (3 sets. Last one to failure). The week consists of mon- upper body followed by high intensity interval training (HIIT). Tuesday- lower body. Low- intensity cardio or none.  Wednesday is a complete core workout with a HIIT plus low intensity cardio. Thursday- lower body again with different muscles targets compared to the Monday workout and HIIT.  Friday -is lower body - different muscles targeted. No cardio or low-intensity. Saturday is a free day. You can stretch bike play a sport or do variation of exercises that aren’t done during the week. Sunday is for rest and meal prep.   Want more details?   I’ve got it all.
